Re: Girls Varsity tournament

Ladies please, wear your game uniform to practice monday night, and bring a camera if you want, since we didn't have the opportunity to get really great pictures with the trophy I thought you might like to get some, and I would like a team picture with the trophy, also, since physically, some of you are pretty beat up, we will not practice hard, but go over the book and review the games we played. You were ALL awesome, and played like champions, with all the heart, any coach could desire. I see great things coming from you, remember, regardless of talent, it is God who makes it all possible, He is the talent giver, and also the rewarder of those, whose hearts are right before Him. You all had a great attitude, and the Victories were sweet, those two games, (the first and the fourth), were the most exciting I have ever been involved in, and were both, come from behind, and hold the lead victories, one of which would alone have been impressive, but two, and in the same tournament, were a little surreal, God was definitely in it. And thank you to all of you Parents for both letting them play and supporting the team so well, also Thank you, Angie, and Charlie, for doing the book, and to Walt for coaching with me. For tomorrows practice, I thought it would be nice, to bring some kind of snack food, or goodies to share, if you can, and we will celebrate a little, anything will be fine. Remember we are practicing at the high school, from 6-8. please respond to this email at your earliest convenience, so that I know you all received it, and no one is without their game uniform. See you all tomorrow, and God bless, Coach

We just received confirmation from the tournament director -- the tournament is ON.

The games will be played at what used to be the Cowan Civic Center, which is now the YMCA. Our game today is at 3:30 pm

Directions:

Interstate 44 to Lebanon. Take the first Lebanon exit – I think it is Business 44 as well as Old Route 66 and Mill Creek Road.

Turn right at the end of the off-ramp. Take that road, which veers to the left after a bit. After not too far, The Cowan Civic Center (YMCA) will be on your left. You enter the parking lot before you actually get to the building, and drive around to the back of the building to park. That is where the main entrance is.

Best wishes for a great tournament!
